In GTA 5 you can see the largest and the most detailed world ever created by Rockstar Games.It features both an online (multi player) and offline (single player) mode. GTA 5 (also: GTA5 or GTA V ) is a computer game that is developed by Rockstar Games.I have tested and I only get these freezes online whenever I play offline its fine and I just added better graphics mod and a few others and no lag so, ETS 2 and ATS only has the stutters ONLINE!! So nothing to do with graphics power supply or anything like that.i realized it was mouse related when i plugged in my controller and motion was silky smooth. The stutter i experienced in GTA V was fixed by switching from raw mouse input to directinput.GTA 5 is known for it's memory leaks and if you're running 8gb's of ram or lower you're gonna start stuttering and lagging after a few mins of play, I recently upgraded from 8gb to 16gb of ram (an extra stick of 8gb ram) and this issue cleared itself up as I had the same issue, if you can't upgrade your ram I'm probably gonna have to say you'll.
